As a native Californian, I am grateful to call this my home state! Having grown up in Los Angeles in the San Fernando Valley during my early years and the San Francisco Bay Area for the past 25+ years, let my experiences help you make your move! Welcome!

I grew up in the San Fernando Valley part of Los Angeles, known commonly as "the valley" in Canoga Park. Attending all local schools, I finished with Los Angeles Pierce College and University of Southern California, majoring in business and accounting. From here I started a family horticulture business in Morgan Hill, a 10 acre plant farm catering to landscape contractors, retail and whole growers, municipalities and other end users. I sure loved nature and the blooms in the spring time and miss is a bit, however, I certainly have enjoyed working in my garden!

I have in the real estate business since 1987, first as a loan officer in Sunnyvale, then some larger and active firms in the Santa Clara county before my current office, which was at one time RE/MAX Valley Properties before it changed brands to Altera Real Estate in 2010.

Helping my clients and achieving their desired outcome is my passion. There are so many details involved in a real estate transaction so I pride my self in taking care fo the details. I have been helping my clients successfully in the Santa Clara, Alameda and San Mateo counties and look forward to many more years. I am grateful for my team of dedicated professionals who like the real estate business and industry.

I have lived in the Bay Area since 1982 and enjoy all that the bay area has to offer, from the beaches to the wine county, to the mountains and oceans to the south bay heat.
