James Williams

Greetings, I’m James and I’m an ESOL teacher living in Liverpool, United Kingdom. I have taught ESOL for around 6 years and have gained valuable experience and understanding of different cultures/backgrounds.

My experiences in Germany and Slovakia have provided me with the knowledge that learning a language can provide great challenges to stay motivated when it feels like no development is taking place.

I now make sure that my lessons are interactive, relevant and contemporary so that it is realistic to what happens in the real world. I have designed many different types of resources that have been used as examples for outstanding practice within my organisation.

I am a fan of sports and know that many other people are also lovers of sports. It can be hard to understand what is going on if you are watching that sport in another country and there is so much vocabulary that can develop your knowledge of any sport.
