Since 1999, James Fendt has served as Vice President and Managing Member of BAF Management LLC in New York City. An active member of the development scene in New York for the last three decades, Mr. Fendt helps BAF Management to make decisions regarding its properties, which are leased, rented or sold to clients. Over the course of the last 12 years, James Fendt has helped BAF Community Management to grow and acquire more than 250 rental properties. The company has plans to develop new projects in Westchester, New York, and Bridgeport, Connecticut. BAF plans to develop construction projects in Westchester, a community that lies on the coast of the Hudson River and is located just 30 minutes away from Grand Central Station in New York City.

The layout of this location, which possesses an art-oriented background and includes a successful school system, convinced James Fendt and his colleagues at BAF to embark on developments in the area. Additionally, BAF Management’s agenda includes a construction project in Bridgeport, Connecticut. BAF Management views Bridgeport as a growing urban community. Bridgeport, which has already experienced an influx of restaurants, shops, and theaters, will soon become home to a BAF project that will create contemporary, open, and sustainable housing in historic buildings in the downtown area.

Individuals interested in living in either of these developments can join the priority list for the Westchester and Bridgeport projects at the BAF Management website, which also lists all available properties and includes examples of the company’s portfolio. Outside of his professional activities at BAF Management and other construction, aviation, and general merchandise corporations, James Fendt enjoys many outdoor activities such as scuba diving, skydiving, canyoning as well as skiing, golfing, and hunting throughout various countries of the world.
