JAY Fitzsimons

Hello, I am James (known as JAY). I suffer from the following: Asthma, PTSD, claustrophobia, dyslexia, autism (OCD is not fully proven I have it but I partly have it) and anxiety. I have a phobia of being near needles, or even the word will make me wheezy. I also have a phobia of heights and spiders. So this is all of my problems, I have an asthma pump in my bag in the smallest pocket. I have a contact list in my phone case, contact incase of emergency (if not got one with me we will have to find an alternative)

Please understand i am not always verbal so please take time with me, i will talk when i feel safe in the area or someone i know or a friend, thanks for your time
