Directed and championed the design, implementation and migration of the bank’s legacy telephone system, to Cisco’s Voice and Unified Communication platforms. Migrated 96% of all POTS to SIP services. Key benefits of the project included a 42% annual cost savings to the overall bank’s telecom budget and new capabilities offered for our sales and support teams to interact with the bank’s customers via video conferencing and video kiosks.

Created, directed, and led an Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) strategy and initiative, partnering with the Compliance department and the respective department business owners.
