James F. McFarland

I have over 10 years of experience in the IT field. I've held various positions ranging from Desktop Support Technician to Telecom Product Development. I'm currently working as the Systems Administrator for TwinStar Credit Union in Washington State.

I'm currently continuing my education through Western Governor's University while working and will graduate with a BS in Computer Sciences and IT Management where I hope to continue to grow and develop new skills and products for the Information Technologies field.

I've created a Hosted PBX Solution for a local telecom company in Western Washington. I was successful in providing a product that brought in an extra form of revenue for the company and continues to grow it's customer base on a daily basis.

Along with creating a Hosted PBX Solution, I have also developed and deployed a Managed LAN/WiFi service for our customers that brought a simple piece of mind to them and their business. The two products, to this day, sell hand in hand.

Who knows what the future has in store for me, but rest assured, I'm ready to tackle any obstacle for our members and provide them an experience that is comparable to none.
