Hello and welcome to my Page, here I will let you into a few secrets...

let me start with the basics.. I'm 16 years old nearly turning 17, my life has been amazing couldn't ask for better parents and a better family and great bunch of friends!. I have always had the passion to make other peoples lives better and that's where food comes into the equation.. having the ability to make food and make that food bring smiles onto peoples faces is something that makes me smile! I have always had something for food and YES I never thought I would be standing here now wanting to become a chef! , it all started when I moved secondary schools and joined a school in the ISLE OF DOGS called " George Greens Secondary School" when I joined I had the option to take the subject Food Technology and of course I said yes because I thought it would be about just eating food but no that's not what happened I soon realised that I would have to cook and complete coursework when this all began I was thoroughly enjoying it and didn't want it to stop, I had to chose a country and then cook various dishes from around that country and the country I chose was " ITALY" meaning that most dishes I cooked contained there well known ingredient "PASTA" coming to the end of my course I successfully gained a GCSE Grade of a B! my coursework being the highest in the borough of Tower Hamlets!, I have recently just finished school and in September I will be going on to start a Level 3 Chef Diploma Course where I will be learning the in's and out's of all different types of food and all the different ways of cooking them! I have had various types of experience working in kitchens one of whom was in Canary Wharf working alongside the Head Chef cooking high quality food for Lawyers! that lasted a week and the team was impressed with my skills and commitment, later on in august I am going to be doing work experience at a well known Indian restaurant owned by the famous chef Cyrus Todiwala , ill update this everyday and let you know how I get on..well i am now a chef apprentice studying at the university west London, and work for Lexington Catering, please visit my Facebook page for pictures and other updates too www.facebook.com/jamesfoodtube and also visit my youtube www.youtube.com/jamesfoodtube thank you for visiting and ill be back soon!!!
