James Gleeson

I started a career in retail Kinney Shoes. Quickly I developed my abilities to understand a situation and my approach to crew members. Shortly afterwards, I began to become more peer focused with employees interactions and began to develop the urgency to train people to make morale decisions in split seconds. I quickly enhanced my motivational skills by literally changing the average employee's perception with use of role playing techniques. As a graduate of University of Phoenix, I have earned my Master's in Public Administration, Bachelor's in Finance, and Associates in Business Administration. This experience in school only advanced my desires to motivate people more. Education is the gate opener for all of us. It would be a pleasure to speak with some of your groups to express how and why education or other topics will play an important deciding factor within their lives. Currently, I am pursuing my doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My dissertation addresses transformational leadership and reentry programs for a positive society and decrease in violence.
