Mr. Grant is currently the Director of UX for rightturn.com and and was key team member in starting up this new organization. He also oversees the user ience for marketing evusiness applications at Dealertire tor for a midwest based equipment parts distribution firm where he has helped the company grow from a local start up in 2000 to nationwide business that has expanded explosively in the past 10 years. He was involved in the internet space in the early years as an entrepreneur, disruptor, consultant, user experience strategist and has been an advisor to several to fortune 500 companies. James has extensive personal and business connections in the innovation, technology, and engineering fields. His broad experience in management and identifying breakout technology is a major asset in the organizations he advises. Currently he is on the board of EcoGroomer LLC and Entova LLC
