I am an enthusiastic General Manager of a Large Whitbread site in South Devon.

I was formally the Operations and Projects Manager of a high growth restaurant company called Peach Pubs and before that an accountant.

I love all sports but mainly rugby and rowing (with a bit of golf and sailing). I am extremely passionate about food, hospitality and customer service.
