James Hanlon Acupuncture Physician (AP) has made a longtime commitment to working in the recovery field - in 1999 received NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) certification from Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx, New York. Certified Addictionologist C.AD. in 2015 from the American College of Addictionology and Compulsive Disorders. Over the past 20 years provided acupuncture services for The Hanley Center for Recovery, The Palm Beach Institute, Angels Recovery, New Beginnings, Futures, Addiction Reach, and Synergy Group Services. James Hanlon AP has spent 25 years studying, exploring, and troubleshooting how to successfully engage, heal, and work with healthcare issues and dynamics. Works with patients to see beyond single signs & symptoms, beyond discomfort and western diagnosis. Works on present concerns and issues, injuries, symptoms, nature of illness or disease. Reviews western medical diagnosis and treatment approach, and history of how all this occurred. From all this - specific energetic interventions are then initiated via dialogue, acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, gua sha, food therapy, and suggested lifestyle changes… A diverse practitioner rooted in the traditions of Eastern Medicine - his focus is to treat the entire patient, not just the ailment, symptoms, or the disease.
