I’m a co-founder of Square Mile Coffee Roasters, author of “The World Atlas of Coffee”, World Barista Champion 2007 and I’ve been working in and around coffee since 2003.

I run Coffee Jobs Board, a website to connect people in the coffee industry with career opportunities. I’m an editor and founder of Longberry Magazine. I worked with Nuova Simonelli/Victoria Arduino to create new espresso technology and equipment.

I’ve been a regular speaker at conferences, and am host of the European Re:co Symposium series.
