With a background in IT, training and coaching, I enjoy creating leading-edge learning solutions for Learning & Development professionals as well as providing tools, services and support for HR consultants, trainers and executive coaches, who often have very demanding clients. I have a team of trusted international specialists behind me who deliver on time to an agreed standard.
Currently we are developing a suite of online organisational and people development solutions: integrating e-learning into a barcoding pharmacy system; video animations for university social awareness campaigns and a proprietary 360 degree feedback app for leadership development programmes.
In 2017 we aim to expand our delivery of bespoke multi-rater feedback systems for consultants running specialised 360 Feedback projects, and add to our catalogue of online rater training videos.
