Over his more than two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, James has held numerous executive roles such as Quality Lead, Project Manager, Construction Lead, Construction Manager, and Senior Operations Manager. At his current firm, he holds the title of Vice President. Each role has contributed to his deep understanding of pipeline and oil and gas production facility construction. James Kydd has overseen several major infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding $1 billion, assuming such responsibilities as worker safety, overall quality management, and operational efficiency. In realizing these projects, he has been charged with negotiating with union representation and coordinating with third-party contractors and landowners.
