With a background in Portland insurance spanning more than two decades, James Ladd most recently served as an escalation manager with the retention department of YURZ in Beaverton, Oregon. James Ladd successfully resolved escalated situations with customers and negotiating refund settlements as necessary.

Leveraging Portland experience, Mr. Ladd also provided customer retention representatives with real-time support in engaging with customers and achieving successful resolution of challenging situations. He also has experience as a risk manager with Parati Company, LLC in Hillsboro and oversaw an insurance portfolio that spanned 10 entities across five states.

James Ladd attended the College of Wooster in Ohio and earned his bachelors of arts in English, with a minor in history. He maintains a longstanding affiliation with the Holy Trinity Catholic Church as homebound eucharistic minister.
