James Lott

James has worked as a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty since graduating from Cal State University Fullerton in 2013. While in college and before James got into real estate full time, he tutored high school students in all subjects ranging from english all the way to advanced math classes and beyond. As a result of his background in education he takes a very educational approach with each of his clients, making sure they know the details of what to expect from the beginning until the end of the home buying and selling process. He realizes that his most successful clients are the most educated clients. His top priority is building strong relationships with the individuals he works with, managing their expectations and utilizing all available resources to ensure they receive the best customer service possible

He is currently the Lead Buyer Specialist with one of the top real estate teams in his office in Tustin, Ca. While there he has gained valuable, hands-on experience with many different kinds of clients; from multi-million dollar deals to foreclosures, short sales, first time home purchases, leases and many more. James has been able to harness his experience to help his current clients gain clarity and a full understanding of what is necessary to get the home that they want in the time they want.
