My focus and strengths are in designing web-based user interfaces that are above all usable but also engaging, accessible and easily built to adhere to web standards. I advocate a user-centered design process and believe that observing and understanding human behavior is fundamental to designing anything. Common sense, an observing eye, a listening ear, pen, paper and an open mind are part of my toolbox.
