I believe in authentic relationships. [No, I am not hitting on you.]

In business, relationships matter. They matter because business doesn't happen in ideas and plans or on computer screens. Business happens between people.

Success in business and life require successful relationships. Not a single CEO will attribute their success to their own effort and ability. The same is true for a wife or husband. One cannot succeed on their own. Name a business that does not need customers. That customer makes the relationship whole and gives that business purpose.

Relationships take time. With great regularity, you will hear successful people give credit to individuals with whom they have invested significant time and effort. So if authentic relationships take a significant investment of time; and success requires relationships. Then the argument can be made that success requires a significant investment of time in a relationship.

Relationships matter. I believe authentic relationships are critical for both personal and business growth, so once you are done "researching" me...

Let's Connect. Let's Grow.
