Hi y'all! My name is Jamie, and I'm a senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I'm working towards a Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology, which I expect to earn in May of 2018. My major has taught me to look critically at the very institutions that run our society. With this knowledge, I plan to assist traditionally underrepresented groups on their path to achieving better health.

In my free time I enjoy playing tug-of-war with my dog, Murray. When he's finally wrestled the toy out of my hands, I usually turn my attention to Overwatch, a popular e-sports game.
