At first, I follow the customer service’s suggestion, take one pill a day, but I just lose 6 lbs in a month. I wish I can lose more, so I take 2 pills a day, in my second month, I lost 12 lbs. I hope I can lose 60 lbs in all, Will follow the advices but take 2 pills per day.
