Originally from New York, a NYPD Police Sergeant, and former U S Marine with a no nonsense, straight as an arrow approach, Jim will dazzle you with knowledge of the area and leave the razzle to the other guys. A graduate of New York Institute of Technology with duel degrees in Criminal Justice and Behavorial Science, Jim spent 21 years in law enforcement and 25 years in the Coast Guard Reserve. On his first day of retirement in 1989, he fulfilled his lifelong dream of moving to Florida and never looked back.

Retiring to Florida was not enought for this congenial Irishman. His relentlessness coupled with the success of managing his first investment property motivated him to enter the real estate investment market and add to his real estate portfolio of 17 properties. This expansion inspired him to obtain his real estate license and subsequest mortgage license. He has run the full gambit of real estate transactions himself as a buyer, seller, investor, property manager and lender.
