Dr. Mercier has been working with individuals and families for nearly ten years. His goal is to help them take better care of themselves by improving their circumstances and enhancing the quality of their relationships. Jameson also contracts with organizations and businesses seeking to improve employee relationships, resolve conflict and increase productivity. Alongside teaching and his private practice, Jameson also speaks and presents at conferences and workshops.

Jameson received a Bachelor's degree of Social Work from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL where he specialized in case management and child welfare. Afterwards, he relocated to Fort Lauderdale to complete a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work at Barry University in Miami Shores, FL. A desire to specialize in relationships led him to complete his Ph.D. Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University.
