James Parrott

With experience in many areas of the healthcare industry, James Parrott currently serves as President of MedResults Network, a medical spa supply firm in Huntington Beach, California. The nationwide reach of MedResults’ buy-in service for aesthetic physicians and medical spas extends to 500 members. As the only operating member of the firm until January 2011, Mr. Parrott grew MedResults into a company worth several million dollars. He has notably signed a recent co-op transaction with a 10,000 member GPO that promises to expand the firm further.

In addition to leading MedResults, James Parrott provides strategic turnaround consulting as Associate with SageGroup Strategies, Inc. He assists struggling firms seeking innovative methods to renewed financial stability and profitability. Mr. Parrott spent five years as Executive Vice President Business Development and Chief Officer of Operations for the Irvine, California-based Nouvisage Corp. His scope of responsibilities extended to over 40 major vendor contracts across the United States. He also developed a training program for new medical spa operators, providing them with tailored instructional materials on all aspects of operation, from human resources to laser safety and emergency protocols. James Parrott undertook extensive recruitment efforts, staffing medical spa branches with qualified doctors and clinicians.

From 1995 to 2002, Mr. Parrott managed JP Associates, a consulting firm offering healthcare solutions to physicians, managed care providers, and medical centers. He successfully undertook a number of high-profile projects, including advising 50 pulmonary rehabilitation clinic owners through early growth stages. James Parrott partnered with a start-up preferred provider organization in developing 40 managed care contracts. He also focused efforts on expanding travel medicine-related revenue opportunities for private practice physicians and medical centers.

James Parrott earned his undergraduate degree at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, completing a dual major in English and Economics. He subsequently pursued an MBA at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Active in his community, Mr. Parrott was elected to the Board of the Broadmoor Home Owners Association in January 2011. He is also involved with the Orange County, California-based senior organization It’s Yours in a board member capacity.
