As the Principal and founder of Institutional Liquidity, LLC (ILQ), James Pieron offers institutions and accredited individuals foreign exchange brokerage services that increase revenues and build business-to-business leverage and positioning. James Pieron has developed an institutional partnership program that introduces forex businesses to customers, expanding and strengthening client relations. ILQ also operates a program that employs superior banking connectivity and aggregation technology to augment clients’ high-volume trading capacities ILQ’s reputation as a secure and stable foreign currency exchange broker is enhanced by the firm’s status as Forex Dealer Member through the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and as a Retail Foreign Exchange Dealer through the National Futures Association. In maintaining this status, Mr. Pieron's ILQ holds a net capital value of more than $20 million, retaining a certain percentage of client funds as well. James Pieron has held a position as Chief Executive Officer of the Switzerland-based JDFX for the past seven years. He has successfully built the forex fund into one that combines Institutional Trading Platform (ITP) high-frequency trading algorithms with Kontrol risk management solutions. Running James Pieron's ITP in tandem with Kontrol ensures advisors and traders execution from multiple banks at the best price, with fund exposure monitored and controlled. JDFX’ secure MetaTrader4 platform allows the trading of up to 50 currency pairs, and represents the industry standard for forex transactions. In addition to JDFX, James Pieron leads the company JDFX Technologies AG, which develops proprietary trading platforms for JDFX that implement current technologies such as analytical algorithms and signal processing. He also heads JDFX Fund Ltd. and its service provider JDFX Management Fund Ltd. James Pieron operates the former entity in accordance with Financial Services Commission regulations, which include continuous auditing and monitoring by rotating accounting companies.
