Hat 1. The Deerstalker – The Business Hat

James is an Account Director at Shiny Red – the social media agency of The Red Consultancy, Marketing Magazine's 2012 Agency Of The Year. James primarily looks after social media for @AdobeUK, as well as helping out some other clients with strategy and planning. Previously he has worked at Ogilvy, Lexis &Euro RSCG in similar roles, working with the likes of Coca-Cola, IBM, American Express, Harley Davidson, Zynga and many others!

Hat 2. The Trilby – The Not Quite Business Hat

Outside of work, James is the UK Representative for YouVersion, the Bible App foriOS, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone and the Web. With over 40 Million downloads, YouVersion is one of the most popular christian resources online and on mobile today, regularly topping the various App charts. James manages YouVersion's relationships, communications and marketing in the UK.

Hat 3. The Cowboy – The Pleasure Hat!

James is a blogger, poet and writer, looking at how social media, new technology and the digital landscape is changing the way we think, act and believe. James regularly speaks on the subject around the UK and beyond, and is a regular contributor to media publications both on and offline.

James is married to @HollyPoulter and lives in south west London (well Surrey really) – with their cat – Scout. (edit)
