James Pullman

James is a Whatcom County native and has grown up in the Real Estate industry. Both parents have been real estate professional as long as he can remember. After studying Business and Communications in college, James became full time, Professional Realtor @ APSM James has been able to use his deep seeded knowledge of Whatcom County real estate to help all of his clients be successful in purchasing property whether it is their own home or a rental property be it a single family home or multi-family units.

James provides real estate buying and selling services with the goal of exceeding even the highest of expectations for every client. James is married to his Middle School sweet heart and together they have a daughter and a 2nd child on the way. They love parks, playing in the water, Saturday morning pancakes and Calliou (kids cartoon) and anything else they can do together around Whatcom County.

James is also a very big sports fan. After growing up playing, James has continued to coach, referee and umpire when at all possible and continues his baseball dreams by playing on a Men's Church Softball Team in the Spring and Summer.

James is a big Seahawks and Mariners fans and is looking forward to the hopeful return of the Seattle Super Sonics. In his spare time, James enjoys volunteering in the Creative Arts Ministry at Cornwall Church in Bellingham, cooking, freelance web and graphic design, playing board/card games and finding any reason to have a group of friends or family around.
