James Rawlson is a real estate attorney based in San Francisco. He is the founder and managing partner of James Rawlson & Associates. Founding the practice in 1999, Mr. Rawlson has devoted his life to fair real estate law for the citizens of the Bay Area.
He received his undergraduate degree from Davidson college where he majored in history. Upon graduation James moved on to The George Washington University Law School. While attending he earned his Juris Doctor.
James Rawlson started his career in law as a trial prosecutor for the San Francisco County District Attorney’s office. His focus was on real estate law and upon completing his real estate trial assignments he was assigned to the real estate unit. It was James' responsibility to represent real estate claims at the State and Federal level. After a few years working in this unit he decided to start his own firm.
Now with over 20 years of experience in real estate law, James continues to be dedicated to becoming the best real estate lawyer in the state of California.
