I am an Instructional Design professional for the Learning & Development Team at Target. Throughout my 20 year-career, I have worked to find ways to make complex concepts/ideas easier to communicate and understand for any audience—often through creative visual design. All along my passion for innovation and creative problem solving has lead me to become the primary facilitator of the Innovation Workshops for Target. This 3 part series that includes Design Thinking, Visual Thinking & Communication (Rapid Visualization), and Brainstorming. These workshops enable individuals anywhere in the organization to build the skills and capabilities necessary to unleash their innovative spirit.
