My name is James Joslinand I am a realtor and real estate entrepreneur living in Princeton, NJ. I‘m the president and principle agent at James Joslin Real Estate where we offer unparalleled consulting services for our clients. I am also the owner of Joslin Realty LLC where we focus on all things real estate and real estate investing. We are currently in the early phases of raising funds to begin developing the a modern sub division offering both high end and affordable homes in the same neighborhood in NJ.

I am a fan of entrepreneurship, and mentorship and absolutely love connecting with new people. I love Horology, and have been an astute watch collector for the better part of a decade. I love watches! I’m also infatuated with the arts and design, and learning more about everything in between as much as I can. I consider myself a serial “pluralist” or entrepreneur because I am constantly looking at things differently while taking a contrarian position On almost everything It has served me well! I have built and excited multiple businesses. I have successfully launched, ran, and exited multiple companies. I am also currently in the early stages of mapping out a business plan for a cutting edge multi-platform, tech-based real estate brokerage designed to utilize the latest technology to bring the end user a more seamless and connected experience while enhancing the agent’s ability to sell.
