About Me

Col James Robert is almost a retired O-6 Colonel in the US Army Military Intelligence Corps — a Battalion Commander, a Paratrooper, a US Army War College graduate, and a highly decorated combat veteran — with deployments to Iraq 🇮🇶 Kuwait 🇰🇼 Afghanistan 🇦🇫 Korea 🇰🇷 Japan 🇯🇵 Belgium 🇧🇪 Germany 🇩🇪 and 80 countries total.
In Baghdad, Colonel Robert was awarded the Bronze Star Medal 🎖️, the Combat Action Badge, and combat patches from both CENTCOM and XVIIIth Airborne Corps.
He is an Airborne-qualified Combat Paratrooper with 30 years of military experience, including key assignments in The Pentagon, The White House, and The Senate — and with CIA, DIA, NSA, and NGA — in addition to his wartime deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
Robert served as a Federal Supervisory Attorney — and as Deputy Counsel to the Inspector General — where he supervised an office of twenty GS-15 and GS-14 federal trial attorneys prosecuting fraud cases with federal law enforcement issues in complex litigation all over the country.
In addition, Robert earned two Master's degrees — a Master of Strategic Studies (M.S.S. 2010) from the U.S. Army War College and a Master of Science of Strategic Intelligence (M.S.S.I. 1992, Summa Cum Laude, First-in-Class) from the Defense Intelligence College.
He was married to a fellow US Army Colonel, who was also a fellow Iraq veteran and a fellow lawyer and passed away in 2016
