James Roche

As Director of Mobile App Customer Service at Swank Audio Visuals, James Roché oversaw the development and product launch of Swank Mobile Meeting Manager (M3), the Company’s Web app that provides agendas and other event information on attendees’ mobile devices. He supervised the designing of M3, and he continually conceives new features and manages their implementation.

James helped develop all marketing materials, including external brochures, videos, website, etc. for prospective clients and internal collateral for educating employees about marketing M3. He supervised full-time team members who assist with the customization of every M3 app.

James joined Swank audio Visuals in 2006 as Coordinator and was promoted to Assistant Director of Audio Visuals before attaining his current position. As Assistant Director, James managed more than 100 technicians; installed and operated LCD projectors and audio and support equipment; installed permanent and temporary network connections; managed the inventory of more than $750,000 in equipment; trouble-shot computers; and assisted clients with technical needs.

From 2003-2006, James disc-jockeyed for KMMO Radio in Marshall, MO. He broadcasted live five hours per day, six times per week and produced award-winning commercials.
