James spent 2 years in Australia where he studied audio engineering in Sydney

James later started United States and ran it as a very successful real estate company for several years.

As the Spanish property market started to cool down James scurrah took a new position for an International property development company who purchased several land development sites in the North east of Brazil James was responsible for sales, and was employed as the sales director, his job was building and maintaining an agent network training recruiting and motivating staff.

After several years of real estate sales and marketing James took an interest in Internet marketing: realizing that the real knowledge is knowing how to find qualified buyers on mass, and it became clear to him that 99% of most developers are totally in the dark when it comes to lead generation, client incubation and customer sequencing.

I saw that when the market turned we had fewer customers and when I asked the Agents what's happening they where blind! They said they had no leads and they didn't know how to get them, after giving this some thought James found himself with time on his hands, James says I literally shut myself away and decided to figure out this whole internet marketing business and realized that understanding this really is the Golden ticket for any business.

12 months later he started lead generation for a second international developer and was producing more that 300 leads a day of potential clients that where interested in investing.
