For the past two years, Mr. James Smith has been providing quality financial education with a focus on real estate investments through James Smith Company, which offers a variety of in-depth training courses and mentorship. James Smith Company provides students with general overviews of investing strategies as well as focused "Boot Camp" courses that target specific problem areas, such as affordable housing, creative financing, and asset protection. James Smith personally teaches many of James Smith Company's courses and is joined by a team of extensively trained professionals, many of whom are former students who wish to give back after establishing their own successful careers. When not teaching courses with James Smith Company, James Smith can often be found at real estate conferences and other professional speaking engagements around the country. James Smith has shared the stage with a number of highly regarded public figures, including Steve Forbes; Sarah, Duchess of York; Bill Clinton; Zig Ziglar; Rudy Giuliani; and Tony Robbins. James Smith continues to invest in commercial and residential real estate and has become active in the green building movement.

With more than 40 years of industry experience, James Smith bought and sold his first house within a year of graduating from high school. After finishing his undergraduate career and joining corporate America, James Smith decided to forge his own path to success and returned to real estate investing. James Smith now dedicates his life to inspiring others to succeed through James Smith Company. In his limited spare time, James Smith enjoys traveling, gardening, and working on antique cars. An avid reader, James Smith lists James Allen, Jim Rohn, and Russell Conwell among his favorite authors.
