This year I am incredibly proud to say that Macildowie were placed 5th in the Sunday Times Top 100 SME's to work for.
My role is focuses on developing the business in the following areas:
- customer development,
- new client and candidate attraction,
- marketing with particular emphasis on Social Media Strategy,and brand development,
- PR,
- and the training and development of Macildowie’s own people.
Over the past couple of years I have been more active in the PR of the Macildowie Brand having been asked to speak at the following events:
- High Growth Summit in Nottingham
- The Social Media in Recruitment Conference
- The Global Recruiter Summit
- CIPD events in both Leicestershire and Warwickshire
- Local business clubs
I am also actively involved in offering ongoing careers advice and support to both Loughborough University and Loughborough Endowed Schools.
In my spare time - I love being with my family and when the time allows, attempting to keep my golf handicap at 7.
