There isn't a film I won't watch; I love art and world cinema especially. Something that goes sort of hand-in-hand is photography, and along with that comes travel. I want to visit China, mostly, and am (making an attempt at) learning Mandarin. I learn French also at college, which I love. They're not the only two languages I want to know either. I'm a member of the Labour Party, and enjoy taking part in debates each week at my college. I guess if you were to ask what I'd believe politically: I'm a fan of Christopher Hitchens and Sam Harris (that whole crowd).

If it comes to opinion on music and films (and I do love giving opinions), I would say my favourite film directors are Ingmar Bergman, Andrei Tarkovsky, The Dardenne Brothers, Jean-Luc Godard, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Michael Haneke and I suppose Béla Tarr. Anyone familiar with the arthouse cinema scene would respect all of these I'm sure, and they're not the only greats that exist (Fellini, Antonioni, Ozu, Truffaut, Mike Leigh, Hitchcock, hell even John Waters. There are so many greats, basically). In terms of bands, I love New Order & Joy Division and (The) Pixies the most, but the list grows always. They're generally the top three bands, but that's not to say I don't love many others.
