I am an IT Consultant and Geologist currently living in Tobermory, Isle of Mull, Argyll, Scotland, Europe. As well as my IT day-job, I spend a lot of time promoting the geology of the Isle of Mull and other islands nearby. I run a couple of web sites (see below) as well as Twitter and Facebook accounts. I run regular geology walks for visitors and locals. I regularly provide geological content for other websites, broadcasters and academics. As well as geology, which I studied at St Andrews (BSc) and Glasgow (MSc) Universities, I am also interested in skiing, hill walking, astronomy and photography. Life long SNP supporter
