James Woodburn

I have over 20 Years property industry experience, working across numerous disciplines of commercial real estate and across a diverse range of geographies. My mainstay in the industry has been in the field of corporate real estate, and specifically commercial leasing of office properties, having developed well-tuned tactical and negotiation skills.

I am curently the Regional Director for Real Estate, in Asia Pacific for WPP Group, one of the largest global marketing and advertising services companies, employing over 160,000, of which 35,000 are housed in the Asia Pacific region across some 370 properties, in 81 cities, and over 19 countries.

I'm passionate about creating workplaces, which are Engaging, Flexible, Scalable and Cost effective for our business lines, and have created a Think Workplace & Design Guide for our offices.

Many of our newly delivered workplaces are winning awards in their respective markets. We have leading examples of vibrant “open plan” and “activity based workplaces” with two new user group video’s launched as tools to accelerate our success in transition.
