I am a Process Analyst, employed at Baptist Health South Florida in the IT department. After completing the implementation of Intelex Document Management software for managing our systems policies, my work shifted to modeling and simulation.

We develop computer simulations to solve issues that exist in clinical and operational environments. Simulation allows experimentation with changing variables for optimizing selected metrics before committing time and money to changing processes or the environment.

Independently, I am developing web based gamification solutions for conventional work processes such as engaging employees by providing them with opportunities to track and automatically document their work activities.
