I'm a 20-something with my eyes forward. I focus on process improvement & skills based education. I manage various levels of uncertainty, by identifying oppourtunity for development, and implementing change initiatives. I bring insight into technology and bridging generational gaps. I focus on customer experience, and measured success in engagement and facilitation of partners - in businesses, NGOs and their respective resources, who can work to serve one another effectively.

I obtained an honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Anthropology, with a Research Statistics Specialization from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as post graduate degree in International Project Management from Humber Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning. With these combined experiences, I've established a well rounded perspective of the world I live in, and the work I do.

Professionally? I am a results driven project manager, with over 8 years of multifaceted experience within a project management role, including 5 years combined experience in the corporate sector. I have acquired a proven ability to build capacity among teams, as well as providing leadership to peers.

I have a comprehensive set of skills in project proposal & planning, financial management, and an ability to garner support from various stakeholders. I use business models specified by clients & partners to best meet their needs, in order to support their organizational mission and/or contribute to their sustainability - in both the for profit, and nonprofit worlds.

Personally? I write for various websites, sharing insight into my generation's interactions and experiences - both in business, and in life. I am passionate about learning about corporate environments, and sharing experiences to better our understanding of the world we live, work and play in.
