I work really successfully when in a group and in individual projects. I'm a very hard worker and willing to take on any training opportunities available to me. I listen and communicate with my team members and make sure we get the job done. I know how to lead a team and be a member of one thanks to completing the Duke of Edinburgh bronze award.
