Jamie Finegold

As the owner, chief executive officer, and creative director of JD Fine & Company, Jamie Finegold manages the successful Tart Collections women’s clothing line. He holds a bachelor of arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). While a student at UCSB, Jamie Finegold began producing silkscreen T-shirts for various sororities and fraternities. He soon expanded the business to create his own line of beach volleyball wear and custom designed dresses for students at UCSB, the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and Sacramento State.

Since establishing JD Fine & Company in 1996, Jamie Finegold has seen the company grow exponentially. Under Mr. Finegold’s management, JD Fine went from having a blank balance sheet to making $4 million in annual revenue within in its first two years of business. By 2012, JD Fine had expanded to support two distribution centers and an outlet store in Concord, California.
