A QUICK STORY OF MY LIFE SO FAR. I am a reformed character who's had a bumpy road so far in life. I am happily married to Helen who I lusted after since I first saw her and still do (that’s 8 years now)it will be our fourth wedding anniversy in January.I have one brother (Alistair) who is married and has two great daughters (Lynsay & Rachael). I seemed to have entered what I call the "farty years", I have an uncanny ability to fart with great gusto & performance with a control of a 5th Dan. I come from an old mining village where breeding morons seems to be compulsory; however I did not make that choice and was able to rise above the challenge. I still live in Wishaw (god knows why). Sometimes I wonder if science will look back in years to come and say "this is where the homosapien species took a step back in the evolutionary chain." Left school 6th yr, did some time at art college, then at a Bell Printers for a year or so, then started my career with Motorola when I was 20, I was with them until I turned 30 then went to worked locally for Cooper Bros and have just started with Dell computers in May 2007. BOOOOOOOOORRRRRING I know. Here is a quick story of who I am..................................As a young boy growing up I helped take care of my mum who suffered daily with a long term illness. This cut me off from my peer group and led to a lot of bullying as I was seen as an outsider(or maybe it was just the fact I was ginger). At the age of 12 I was forced to join a flute band (Google 'flute band & orange order' for info,if you don't already know!!!!! ) although my Mum and Dad probably had my best interests at heart, I hated it. Even at age 12 It did not make sense to me, however after only one night at the band hall one thing was very apparent, I was a born drummer.(the drum tutor said to my Dad and I quote "he's gifted, your lad knows as much as me in one night, you really should get him a professional teacher"), and so launched my drumming career. I moved to playing in a local pipe band and by the age of 14 I was competing in solo drumming contests where I came 2nd in the world championships. I was also playing in competitions with an adult pipe band and by the time I was 16 had pretty much won every championship (apart from the worlds). I also became trained in percussion at school and was winning awards for classical performances. My drumming has taken me all over Europe and to some amazing gigs and my only regret is I never got round
