I'm Jamie Pawlikowski, an IT Professional living in the Austin, Tx area. I am passionate about leading organizations through transformations from legacy Operational shops to a culture of Reliability Engineering. My experience includes transforming Governance to support Continuous Deployment & Integration, supporting e-commerce and online properties with billions of transactions per day, platform architecture for consumer & enterprise software and applications. I have also built large Engineering organizations developing products on AWS & Azure while also being the Head of Product Management for those products. I am obsessed with doing building the right product, at the right time, for the right customer. I believe that the foundation for building great products or processes is ensuring they meet the need of the market and customer.
