Hello, I’m Jamie. I’m a Personal Trainer (Health and Fitness Enthusiast) Who works at Pure Gym Bramley Leeds.

I am a fan of hitting the Gym looking after myself and helping People to look after themselves also. I Have a passion for watching my football team and experience their ups and downs. I’m also interested in music as I like the way it makes you feel and I try to attend concerts and gigs when I can as it makes me feel awesome.
