Jamie Wrecs captivates audiences internationally, blending indie, folk, rock and country to his own unique sound. From Wales to Ibiza and now Copenhagen, he brings a raw, connecting presence to the stage with his soulful vocals, guitar, harmonica, and powerhouse performances.
In addition to holding many live residencies over several years the Welsh Singer/Songwriter has performed in the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia, gaining him multiple nominations from ‘Time Out’ and ‘What’s On’ awards for ‘Best Live Act’
Jamie has performed at many high-profile events including a stand out performance at Dubai Opera supporting British rockers 'Feeder' as well as The Asian World Cup, HSBC Rugby World Cup and The Abu Dhabi Formula 1, sharing the musical weekend with huge international artists such as Guns N' Roses, The Killers, Eminem, Lionel Ritchie and Lana Del Rey to name but a few.
Armed only with his guitar and harmonica his multinational music journey began performing on the hedonistic island of Ibiza back in 2011, holding his own on the heavily DJ driven island and supporting many celebrated DJ's and artists along the way including: Calvin Harris, Fat Boy Slim, Pete Tong, Razorlight, Miles Kane, Basement Jaxx, Catfish and The Bottlemen, Zane Lowe, Labrinth, Idris Elba, Annie Mac and Example
Singles ‘San Francisco’ and ‘Lille Fugl’ gained widespread coverage and much radio play, both locally and internationally and garnered several live TV and radio music performances.
