Jamila Al-Bahr

My name is Jamila and this is just some of my story:

I am an American convert to Islam. I was born in the great state of Pennsylvania to a wonderful Irish family. I have endured a great many wonderful and terrible experiences throughout my life that have all contributed to the person I am today.

I am a soldier in the United States Army and I love my job as a highly technical radar operator and tactical support assistant.

However, my real passion lies in the arts of Belly Dance, Yoga, Henna Tattooing and Holistic Healing. I am a student at Excelsior College where I am working towards my Associate in Science - Liberal Arts. I am also a certified Reiki Practicioner and am working towards becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. I hope to in the future become a Dietitian and Nutrition/Wellness Consultant.
