More than two decades ago, I crossed my first multi-sport race finish line ahead of the pack. It was at that moment I realized triathlon and I were a match.

Fast forward 10's of thousands of hours, 100's of races (including 16 Ironmans) in many corners of the world and a belly bursting full from experiences I can't wait to share.

My goal is to not only help others achieve things they never thought possible, but to short-circuit their learning curve with secrets I've learned over 22 years of competition.
