Prior to offering virtual services, I worked as an Office Manager/Administrator at CPA firms for nearly 15 years. My primary role was to streamline processes and implement procedures to increase efficiency. Branching out, I expanded my role(s) and assisted with simple tax preparation and peripheral maintenance and upkeep. I had the pleasure of meeting a lot of business owners in multiple fields. The exposure enabled me to have an understanding of differing industries and to identify one common denominator: most people wish there was more time in a day to get things done.
