Hello! After more than fifteen years of professional experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications market, I decided to focus on helping software development teams in their processes of moving towards agile, people-centered models.

I currently work as Agile Coach and Facilitator helping teams to work in a more effective and efficient way by applying Agile values and principles.

I have helped introduce agile methodologies to different teams to provide business value aligned to company goals; at the same time helping the teams learn and progress until they realize their best possible results.
