Not only that it does help, it is literally the only thing that can truly resolve the myriad of problems that humanity is facing nowadays. If we keep the same egoistic mindset, no amount of money or medicine can heal the wounds we continuously inflict on each other and on this planet. We will continue being outside perpetrators of our inside unhappiness.
One person can change the world. Indeed, this has always been the case.
